Registration

Confirm your reservation

  • Submit your medical information chart
  • Decide how to see your checkup result
  • Pay the checkup fee
  • Visiting hours: 9am -11am or 2pm-4pm
  • Checkup occur in order according to arrival

A Locker Room

 

  • Wear a prepared hospital gown in the locker room after registration
  • Wear only underwear under the gown (panties only; no accessories)
  • Please leave your valuables at home in case of theft (Jewelry, cash, electronics, etc.)

Checkup

  • Checkup time can vary depending on individuals’ checkup items

Checkup Completion

Return the key to the registration desk after changing your clothes

  • Confirm your counseling method either through phone or in person
  • Reserve the day for counseling visits

Counseling with Checkup Result

After checkup, you can visit or phone for counseling

  • In person counseling: for additional checkups or treatment according to results
  • Phone counseling: Doctors can counsel you about your checkup results by phone
  • Phone counseling time: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm; Sat 9am to 12pm
  • In person counseling time: Mon-Fri 2pm to 6pm
